About Schoolly

Tidy school administration, with data that stays with the school.

Many schools want to leave paper records and spreadsheets behind, but hesitate to hand student data to someone else. Schoolly is built to answer that hesitation.

Why Schoolly exists

Attendance, grades, report cards, and announcements are the school's daily work. When they're scattered across notebooks, spreadsheets, and group chats, teachers lose time and parents lose news.

Schoolly brings them into one system with four portals: for admins, teachers, students, and parents. It's installed on the school's own server, so the school stays in control of its data.

Our principles

01

One school, one system

Every school has its own system, database, and storage. A problem at one school never spreads to another.

02

Data belongs to the school

Student data lives on the school's server, not ours.

03

Access by role

Everyone sees only what's theirs: subject teachers, homeroom teachers, students, and parents have clear boundaries.

04

Maintainable by the school

Install, update, and backup guides are written so a server admin can follow them without reading code.

05

Simple to use

The most common tasks, attendance and grading, take only a few taps on a phone.

06

Grow step by step

We focus on what's used every day first. Online exams, finance, and library are on the roadmap.
